Cristina Isabela Beteringhe, 20 years old and born in Tulcea, started her career as a violinist at the age of 6, attending the Ploiesti Art School and also the Mary Erskine School, Edinburgh. Her experience spans a period of fourteen years including participation in national contests such as “George Georgescu”, “ Columna”, “George Enescu”, the National Music Academy and others. Cristina has been accepted in June 2004 and 2005 at the North Netherlands Conservatory in Groningen, Holland, and is currently enrolled as a first year student at the Bucharest Music Academy.
