April 12, 2005 Financial Times The press, on the same day, reported another 300km Russian-oil pipeline from Bargas and Alexandroupolis thereby bypassing the Bosphorus. Planned eleven years ago, the Euro 600 million project was co-signed by Russia, Bulgaria and Greece. An American group, AMBO, is planning a 900 km east-west pipeline to the Adriatic coast in Albania linked to Bargas.
