The course objective is to encourage consciousness development and mutual esteem, to define the place of Black Sea patrimony in the humanity cultures and contacts development for common projects.  Participants will total 30-50 persons from countries of the Black Sea region, representatives of European and international organizations, professors, researchers in the field of culture and civilization. Also scheduled are two sightseeing tours, one to archeological sites and the other to Constanta Archeological Museum.

The fee for the participants will be around 500 EURO and covers accommodations, meals and internal transport (for the two sightseeing tours),300 EURO for students. International transport to the Hotel in Constanta is paid by participants.
